Yes — licensed and insured in Washington State. Every cleaner is a background-checked employee, never a subcontractor, and is covered the moment they enter your home.
Most clients are not. Teams are keyed and alarm-trained; access details and alarm codes are stored encrypted and never written down. You receive the photographed checklist when the visit is complete.
Always — down to the vacuum filters. If you prefer specific products for stone, wood, or sensitive skin, tell us once and we stock them for your home.
Recurring residential service is priced flat per visit based on your home and frequency, agreed before the first clean. Deep, move-out, and commercial work is quoted from your details — estimates arrive within one business day.
If anything falls short of the checklist, tell us within 24 hours and the team returns to make it right — at no cost, without negotiation.
